You can do great work.

As a partner with departments and instructors, we train talented undergraduate students representing a wide range of academic majors. Our mentors have already earned an A in the course they mentor, so they know their stuff, and they can help you do great work, too.

The Best and Brightest

Our Mentor Program

We expect our mentors to keep up a 3.0 GPA and to take a specialized training course during their first semester of mentoring. This is how we help our mentors develop professionally, while also making sure their mentees have the best possible experience.

Our Mentors

I have loved being a part of the RPM program. Getting to know other students and helping them learn is so rewarding. Being an RPM has also strengthened my own communication and calculus skills.

I love being an RPM! If you enjoy helping people understand their homework or just want to brush up on your own skills in a class, being an RPM is a great opportunity to do it.
